CHECK IN

After 15.00 pm always. Early arrivals accepted only upon availability out of special notice during reservation

CHECK OUT

At 11.00 am sharp. Possibility of late check out only under 24 hrs prior notice at the reception and only upon availability at extra charge pending on time of use

AIR-CONDITION/HEATING

The air condition system operates at all times in all public areas of the hotel.
You may adjust room temperature and fan speed via the AC panel of your room
Please keep the doors and windows closed to operate your air conditioning system

SAFE BOX

Each room has a safe deposit box free of charge
• The hotel also has a central safe at the Reception free of charge. • The hotel assumes no liability for any loss from your room.

WI FI / INTERNET

Wi fi connection is available at the entire hotel free of charge. Tablets are available at the reception for customers use.

INTERNET CORNER

There is a shared computer available with an internet connection in a specific area opposite to the reception desk There are available printing, copying and scanning services.

BUSINESS CENTER

For business services there is space available next to the reception with a computer internet connection and possibility of printing, copying and scanning services

KEY- CARD

Upon arrival you receive the key card from the Reception.
To enter the room, hold the card chip on the outer chip of the lock.
When the green light flash on please open the door.
Insert the key card into the socket while entering the room on the right to turn on electricity power for lighting and air

conditioning.
When you leave the room, please always take your key card with you. Do not forget to return your key card to Reception upon departure.

ELECTRICITY – ELECTRICAL DIVICES

  • There is a main switch next to the door and next to the bedside of each room.
  • There is a water kettle available in all rooms with complimentary coffee and tea facilities ( filled only once a day)
  • All rooms are equipped with a mini fridge for your convenient
  • There is a hairdryer available at any bathroom

Available TVs of at least 32 “in all hotel rooms.
• Satellite TV channels available in English, German, French, Romanian, Bulgarian.

BABY COT

For extra baby cot in the room, please contact the reception or request it during your reservation procedure

OTHER SERVICES

There are individual, shampoo and bubble packs, soap.

LAUNDRY SERVICES

In each room there are laundry lists and laundry bags for your laundry needs
• Kindly fulfill your list carefully, put your room number on and sign it before delivery from your room maid until 09.30 am or

at the reception at the same time. will deliver your laundry back in your room
• If it is dry cleaning, your clothes will be delivered in 2-3 days.
• Kindly note that on Sundays and on National Holidays the service does not run
BREAKFAST
• The breakfast is served at the main restaurant next to the reception area from 7.15 to 10.30 am.
• Coffee (filter, instant, Greek), tea, milk, at least 2 types of fresh bread, toast, cakes & cookies, butter, margarine, 4 types of

jam, honey, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, fruit juices, fresh fruits

• Breakfast at room service at extra charge of € 10.00 per person.
• Lunch baskets instead of breakfast or dinner out of excursions or departures are available at no extra charge but under 24 hrs prior notice at the reception

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Public bus available to and from city of Katerini. Bus timetable information are available at the Reception

Timetables available to different destinations on daily base. Please contact the hotel Reception to assist you.

POST

Incoming post arriving for you will be directly delivered in your room. You can find stamps on the mini market.

AIR TRAVEL & TICKETS

Reception and concierge staff are at your disposal for your flight information and guidance in terms of all your personal travel needs.

DO NOT DISTURB” & “ MAKE MY ROOM “

IN ALL rooms you’ll find the “do not disturb” card hanged inside on entrance door of your room. Just place out on your door if you desire not to be disturbed. Just place it on the other side when you need your room to be cleaned

PARKING

There is free parking area at the hotel. Hotel parking cards placed on the cars cock pit is obligatory
• Tourist buses can be parked out of the hotel at the public parking area right next to the hotel.

PILLOW MENU

A certain number of special pillows be found on your room pillow menu card. For your final choice kindly contact reception

HOUSE KEEPING

At your disposal to serve with extra pillows, blankets, clothes hangers or anything else will make your stay more comfortable. • The hotel’s public areas are daily cleaned.
• Guest rooms are being cleaned and arranged daily.
• Bed linen in guest rooms and the bathroom linen are replaced daily.

In case of need for immediate replacement of bathroom amenities, please contact the reception.
• Please consider how many tons of towels are washed everyday unnecessarily and how much detergent is consumed, which contaminates water and the environment in general. In the context of implementing Green Key, we let you decide on the

following:
• Towels on the floor of the bathroom, are on “change”
• Hanged Towels in the bathroom are to be “reused”
• It is prohibited that all white room towels, sheets and blankets to be used at the pools or at the beach.

SWIMMING POOL – BEACH

There are adult’s pools and children’s pool out door . Water is filtered, renewed and chlorinated daily.

  • Towels are available at the reception, to be used at swimming pools & the beach
